Common questions
How do I schedule a showing?
Choose a home in our available rentals and complete the short prescreening questionnaire. Every home has its own viewing instructions, so please don't assume a home is vacant. Vacant homes can usually be seen during business hours soon after you prescreen. Occupied homes may take 2–3 business days to schedule. Showings are Monday–Friday during business hours.
Do you charge a security deposit?
Yes. The security deposit equals one month's rent.
How will I know if my application is approved?
You'll get an approval email with next steps for signing the lease and moving in.
Will my home be inspected?
Yes. We inspect every home we manage regularly throughout your lease. Inspections let us catch maintenance needs early, confirm lease compliance and address safety concerns. If regular inspections don't fit your preferences, we kindly suggest that one of our homes may not be the right fit for you.
Who pays for repairs?
The landlord covers repairs that aren't caused by the tenant. Repairs caused by tenant negligence are charged back to the tenant.
